With the rise of digital transformation in the workplace, it&#8217;s becoming increasingly important to understand how employees perceive e-learning as a means of personal and professional development. The lack of clarity surrounding employees&#8217; evaluation of e-learning presents a problem that requires further investigation. The objective of this study is to address this problem by exploring employees&#8217; evaluations of e-learning as a digital staff development tool, providing insights into its effectiveness, limitations, and areas for improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Research question:<\/strong>&nbsp;What factors influence employees&#8217; evaluations of e-learning as a digital staff development tool?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objective:<\/strong>&nbsp;The objective of this study is to examine the factors that influence employees&#8217; evaluations of e-learning as a digital staff development tool, including its effectiveness, convenience, engagement, and relevance to their professional development. The study aims to provide insights into how employees perceive and evaluate e-learning and to identify areas for improvement in the design and delivery of e-learning programs.
