You will then need to produce a short-written report and design a health promotion leaflet relevant to this group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Part 1: Written Process Diary&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Background: Identify and discuss one (1) actual\u00a0or\u00a0potential health impact the chosen vulnerable and minority or socially disadvantaged group is experiencing and support this with contemporary high-quality literature and current informatics (for example data from Australian Bureau of Statistics).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discussion: Describe the high-quality resources you used to develop your health promotion leaflet. This will include sources related to the identified health impact of the vulnerable and minority or socially disadvantaged group (target for your health promotion). Choose one (1) of the following vulnerable and minority or socially disadvantaged groups: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples; culturally and linguistically diverse people; refugees; homeless.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Key stakeholder consultation: Seek feedback from a member of the target audience on the content, clarity and cultural appropriateness of the developed leaflet and provide a summary of this feedback (negative or positive). If you cannot access a reviewer specific to the target audience, you can have a colleague provide a review.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Part 2: Design a health promotion leaflet to increase awareness of the health impact (identified in Part 1) using current health literacy best practice&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The health promotion leaflet should be 2x A4 pages and could relate to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Health behaviour change<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accessing an available health resource<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitating engagement with a health service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The leaflet should adhere to current health literacy best practice.
