Consider you are a certified athletic development coach tasked with developing a training plan for Sean. Before designing your training program, your goal is to consider their unique developmental needs and the potential challenges associated with this age group. Youth Athletic Developmental Model:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a. Discuss a suitable youth athletic developmental model that aligns with the athlete\u2019s age group and the specific sport or sports the athlete is involved in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b. Justify your choice of the developmental model, providing a rationale for how it addresses the physical, psychological, and social aspects of youth athlete development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Special Considerations for Youth Athletes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a. Discuss how growth and maturation, particularly considering Seans profile, influence the design of a tailored training program, and what specific adjustments would you propose to accommodate his developmental stage?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b. Discuss key considerations, including nutritional needs &amp; injury risk, that are unique to your athlete and their impact on athletic performance and overall health<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Evaluation and Monitoring:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a. Outline a plan for ongoing assessment and monitoring of the athletes\u2019 progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b. Briefly discuss 2 key performance indicators and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of the training program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c. Describe 3 strategies for adapting th<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Assessment Strategy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Guidelines:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The assignment will be submitted on Moodle \u2013 a folder will be set up on the module page.
