Purpose

This project, conducted in collaboration with industry research partners, aims to gain a comprehensive understanding of how Artificial Intelligence (AI) may impact the Indian industry. As Al-enabled automated machines become more prevalent in work organizations, the study will investigate the multifaceted ways these technologies will alter business operations and managerial roles.

Motivation

The motivation behind this project stems from the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the Indian industry and the urgent need to understand and navigate these impending changes.

Objective

The project aims to expand the body of knowledge regarding Al’s impact on various industries, identifying gaps and opportunities for further research. It will contribute to a systematic understanding of how Al enabled technologies can be leveraged to optimize business functions and managerial performance.

From a business insight perspective, the project will provide actionable insights for industry stakeholders on how to effectively integrate Al technologies into their operations. It will address any preparedness to fully embrace Al by highlighting its potential benefits and suggesting strategies to mitigate any challenges.

The findings will be instrumental in guiding industry leaders and policymakers in making informed decisions about Al integration, ultimately fostering a more efficient, ethical, and innovative business environment in India.

Preparation for the Interview

1. Respondent Requirements

The respondent-participant may or may not have any orientation towards Al. Confirm that the respondent is willing to share insights and experiences related to Al in their work environment.

2. Researcher Preparation
