Description

The Executive Director of the Division has asked you to prepare a Learning Health System – Analysis Report . The report requires the following parts with the specified information:

• Executive Summary: explain the purpose of the report, outline your health organisation and key messages from the analysis. 
• Learning Health System – benefits: for your health organisation explain five key benefits of a LHS. 
• Learning Health System – challenges: for your health organisation explain five significant challenges to the development of a LHS. 

The report needs to be clear, comprehensive and concise; the quality of writing and referencing is important . The report is to be written in the third person. The explanation must be supported with refencing/ evidence – list 25-30 references using Vancouver.

The report is to be presented using the template provided with the following structure.
