This task requires you to produce a literature review (or research paper) that explores the concept/topic of Treaty, Constitutional Recognition, OR the Voice to Parliament.It is recommended that you consider this paper in two parts when planning your research and writing.

Part 1: Historical and political context of topic. When/where did the discussion/concept originate? Who/what has influenced it over time? How/why is it relevant today?

Part 2: Different First Nations perspectives on the topic/concept. What are the different views and arguments presented? 

You do not have to present two separate sections for your paper (although you’re welcome to if easier)– please just ensure you are covering both aspects of the research question.
