Description

You are required to deliver a presentation to General Manager of HHH, the executive team of HHH, and the management team of GW. The presentation must provide evidence-based recommendations in the short, medium and long term for how interprofessional team collaboration practices within the internal environment assessed in assignments 1 and 2 can be improved. In preparing the presentation, use contemporary workforce development theory. The presentation must follow all the sections outlined in the task description section below and conform to the specified timing and slides allowed.

Please address the following requirements in your presentation.

Title Slide (title of presentation, student ID)

1. Introduction: Describe the purpose of the presentation. Specify the department and organisation, and key areas of concern in the internal environment and interprofessional team collaboration practices. Outline the improvement opportunities and the presentation structure

2. Recommendations : Propose practical, contemporary recommendations for improvement in GW, drawing on peer-reviewed and publicly available industry and/or government literature (all within 8 years):

2.1 Propose two short-term recommendations (up to 12 months) to address the issues that GW are experiencing

2.2 Propose two medium-term recommendations (1-2 years) to address the issues that GW are experiencing

2.3 Propose two long-term recommendations (2 years +) to address the issues that GW are experiencing

3. Conclusion: Summarise the recommendations, drawing out the key lessons for HHH 

4. Application of Evidence: Include 12-15 references in-text and a full reference list of all references used in the slides. Vancouver or APA referencing style must be used consistently throughout
