In this assignment, you will identify, describe and apply an OB concept, theory and/or principle to your own experiences and/or observations of people in an organization of your choice. Recall the definition of an organization and apply this definition broadly.
What am I looking for?

- Thesis statement: make a definitive, clear statement about what you plan on talking about and your goal(s) in this essay
OB concept/theory chosen and problem identification
- Identify and define the OB concept or theory chosen
- OB problem(s) or issue(s) in organization are identified and explained
“Why is this relevant to OB?” is presented via literature and documented best practices
- Scholarly and/or reputable references are presented and are prevalent (i.e. proper in-text citations and reference list) throughout
- A minimum of two references, outside of the textbook, are used
“So what?” question
- What are some possible consequences for the organization with respect to this OB problem(s) or issue(s)?

- What did you learn?
- How will you apply this knowledge in the work that you do/wish to do?
