Where are the assignment readings? In Moodle, the readings associated with the Course notes can be found in Leganto – the link is at the end of the Course Materials section.
How do I check if my assignment has high similarity score? And what do I do? Before the due date, you can submit your assignment to check the similarity with published work. Similarity is expressed as a score – % of similar text.If your assignment is completed on a template, or uses many references cited by others, Turnitin will include this in your Similarity score.Teaching and marking staff are aware of this and will interpret your Similarity score accordingly. You can find out more here:There is no exact or specific number to be concerned about however, as a guide, anything over 15% you should review in detail.Review and amend your assignment to ensure that no text is directly copied from another source. This means summarising, paraphrasing and changing the sentences significantly not just altering one or two words. When the text is significantly altered, then resubmitting the assignment into Moodle.Allow plenty of time to do this, as Turnitin may take time to generate your score – 10 minutes for the first 3 submissions of an assignment, 24 hours for subsequent submissions.See this link for information on how to avoid plagiarism

Is referencing required and in what format?Assignment 2 and 3 require referencing using academic and industry-based evidence – list 25-30 references using Vancouver.Use a referencing program  – Endnote – to present the references appropriately.
Do I need to use the readings from assignment 1 in this assignment as references? No it is not mandatory to use the readings from assignment 1.Only use the readings from assignment 1 if they are applicable for your organisational context.
Is a Cover Page and Table of Contents required?Yes, follow the template provided.
What information about my organisation is required? The organisation needs to be explained in sufficient detail so that a reader understands the context, ie, country, sector (acute hospital, primary care, aged care), and division/ ward/ service or policy unit.
How many strategies in total will there beThere will be 9 strategies in total =-       3 strategies for the individual level-       3 strategies for the team level-       3 strategies for the organisational levelThe assignment is identifying the benefits and challenges of a LHS for the specific organisational context you have specified. They must be explicitly linked together.
Where do the strategies come from? Are they in the module notes? The strategies are identified by you as specific for the needs of your defined organisational context to develop or improve a LHS.Assignment 2 and 3 are linked. The intention is to use the benefits/challenges identified in A2 to develop into strategies to be implemented by tools and change processes – in modules 4 and 5 – and grounded clearly in your defined organisational context to explain how you can develop a LHS.
Can I repeat the strategies across the different organisational levels?Yes you can have a strategy that might be replicated across one, two or all three levels. However, it needs to be clearly explained as why relevant for the levels specified – not just an attempt to simplify the issue.Simply be sure to list three strategies at each level – even if it is also used at another level. So, for example, 9 in total but perhaps one replicated meaning 6 unique and 1 common strategy repeated 3 times > 6 + 3 = 9.
There seems to be an overlap between the tools and processes? I am not certain about how and where to use them? The idea is to determine how to make improvements at organisational, team and individual levels – ie identify strategies, and how to bring theses ideas into practice in your setting, using tools (M4) and change processes (M5) to direct the actions. However, yes there is overlap between tools/ change processes/ models. This can be confusing because different authors use then in different and similar ways. For this task they can be used flexibly and interchangeably. I have categorised them as best as I can in M4 and M5, however you can draw on any as you wish and do not restrict to only use them if you find others that are fit for purpose. So long as you have item – whether it is stated as a tool/ change process/ model – linked to each strategy is the point.Similarly, so long as you have an item – whether it is stated as a tool/ change process/ model – linked to each level explaining the process for change is required.
How many EIMD tools are necessary? At least one EIDM tool for the individual, team and organisational level separately.Hence, a minimum of 3 EIDM tools, if appropriate more can be proposed. For each EIMD tool ensure you explain the reasons for selecting it and how it fits in your organisational context.
How many change process are necessary? At least one change process for the individual, team and organisational level separately.A minimum of 3 change processes, if appropriate more can be proposed. For each change process ensure you explain the reasons for selecting it and how it fits in your organisational context.
