Prepare a learning portfolio with three reflections addressing the following:

1. What does integrative practice mean to you? In your response, include a metaphor that captures your understanding of this concept.

2. Why is integrative practice important? In your response, include an explanation of how social work practice might be compromised if practitioners do not apply integrative
practice.

3. Reflect on an incident or a moment when you applied integrative practice in a professional or educational setting. Explain what was happening during that moment or incident. Reflect on how you were able to apply theories, personal or professional values and ethics during that situation.
