My name is Shriya Joshi, currently pursuing the degree in business administration at Kwantlen Polytechnic university. My aspiration is to become a CEO of one of the top companies, driving innovation and leading team to success. To reach the school, I plan to gain experience through internships, network with industry professionals, continuously, educate myself on business, trends, and leadership strategies, and demonstrate strong leadership and problems solving skills in every opportunity that arises hard work, dedication and clear vision will be the guiding principle on this journey to success.

As a CEO, mastering, this talent is critical for developing and directing high-performing teams, maintaining a great work culture and increasing employee, productivity and engagement. This skill also referred to ability to effectively overseas, coordinate, and empower individual with an organization to achieve common goals. It involves such as recruitment training, performance, evolution, and conflict resolution to optimize employee, productivity, and satisfaction. As my part of upcoming goal, the talent is essential for promoting a happy work, atmosphere, and encouraging, teamwork, and increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Effective personnel, resources management increase employee, moral, reduce turnover rates, and ultimately improve organizational performance and success. (SHRM)

Reasoning: Managing person resources is very essential for a CEO for salary reasons. Firstly, your team is your greatest asset and their productivity, motivation, and well-being directly impact the success of your organization. Secondly, as a leader, you are responsible for creating a positive work, culture and environment, where employee can thrive, which ultimate reduced turnover. lastly, managing personal resources involves development and retention, ensuring you have the right people in the right role to achieve the company goals

Judgement and decision making is one of the crucial parts of a company which leads by CEO. Analyzing circumstances, ovulating, possibilities, and making sound decisions based on available information or all components of judgement and decision-making. A CEOs, strong decision, making ability are critical for negotiating, business obstacles, seizing opportunities and driving organizational success. Good decisions make a company strong. It involves analysis, risk, considering implications, and selecting the most appropriate course of action. This skill is very important as a part of company, leaders and executives to navigate complex business environment, making decisions, strategies, and organizational growth. By having a experience, I observed that this skill plays a very important role in a company, judgement and decision making skill paramount for a CEO due to critical role they play in shaping the decision and success of organization. This skill helps in risk management, resource, allocation, management and crisis management. This also improve seek diverse perspectives, data informed, decision-making and scenario planning which leads in success of business.
