Assignment Task

1. Explain in max 20 seconds the Business Strategy of the case company

2. Demand, explain the supply chain strategy regarding demand, delivery and take returns into account in your explanation.

3. Sourcing, what should be the supplier relationship involved for the case company? What are the uncertainties in supply and demand involved and how would you overcome them? 

4. Strategic Fit, explain, also based on the above, where on the two axles of the strategic fit graph you would put the case company, why that is and why you think they reach a strategic fit or not.

5. Network design, explain how the network design impacts the supply chain efficiency and responsiveness of the case company

6. Evaluate all 4 subjects (demand, sourcing, strategic fit and network design) into a conclusion where you explain how to maximize the supply chain surplus (=revenues – cost).
