  • recommendations for implementation within a high-performing organisation.

Assessment Two Analysis of Organisational Leadership and Stakeholder Management

The assessment has two components

Part 1 addresses content-related concepts and principles you considered important then applies these to Tata Steel, and,

Part 2 addresses a personal reflection of leadership learnings and the development of a 12-month action plan

  • Analysis the characteristics of agility for a sustainable competitive advantage for a High Performing Organisation
  • Analysis the Governance, Environmental and Social practices, and Risk Management requirements for a High Performing Organisation

    1. Analyse the agility of the organisation to adjust to future workforce demands and the expansion of AI, considering areas of enhancement 
    2. Analyse the Governance, environmental, and social practices of the company including the risk management practices, considering areas of enhancement
