Instructions:
For this assessment, you are required to conduct a skills analysis on a group or team within an organisation you are familiar with. If preferred, the assignment can be completed remotely, given the prevalence of remote working in many organisations.

Assignment Requirements

You are tasked to:

1. Identify a Common Training Need
   • Pinpoint a shared area of improvement within the team or group.
2. Methods of Identifying Training Needs
   • Outline how you identified the training needs (e.g., surveys, performance reviews, feedback sessions).
3. Learning Styles and Their Implementation
   • Discuss the learning styles (e.g., visual, auditory, kinaesthetic) and how they are incorporated.
4. Factors for Design and Delivery
   • Explain considerations like audience demographics, remote or in-person delivery, and resources required.
5. Design a Programme to Meet the Identified Need
   • Develop a detailed training program tailored to the group’s needs.
6. Prepare and Deliver the Learning Event
   • Include the following:
     • Training method(s)
     • Interaction approaches
     • Training aids (e.g., slides, handouts)
     • Timing and sequence
7. Support Materials
   • Create PowerPoint slides (25-30 slides) to accompany your training program.
8. Appreciate the Training Evaluation Process
   • Demonstrate your understanding of evaluating the training’s effectiveness.
9. Design and Implement Evaluation Documentation
   • Develop an evaluation form and evaluate the training based on the feedback collected.
10. Objectives of the Training and Key Messages
    • Clearly state the goals and critical takeaways of the training.

      Additional Requirements:

      • Word Count: 3,000 words (+/- 10%, excluding contents, bibliography, references, appendices, and slides).
      • Slides: Submit 25-30 numbered PowerPoint slides as a separate attachment in .ppt format.
      • Pagination: Ensure all pages and slides are numbered.
