Overview of Learner Record
This learner record is based on the interview I had as part of the Professional Practice 4: Project assessment. I will reflect on my learning and professional development and the key things I learned during the interview.
I have to think about my experiences and how they relate to working with young children. I need to show that I understand the concepts of being a professional in this field.

I will introduce my learner record. Explain why I am doing it. I will also talk about what I learned from the interview. - Personal Reflections and Learning
This is the part of my assignment. I will talk about the points from my interview and think about what I learned. I will look at these areas:
LO1: What it means to be an early years educator
I will think about what it means to be an early years educator and how my understanding of this has changed.
LO3: Thinking about my practice
I will think about my own practice and what I believe in. I will look at what I`m good at and what I need to improve on.
LO2: Creating an environment for children
I will think about what makes a good environment for young children and how this is done in practice.
LO5: Working with others
I will talk about how we can work together in early years settings and think about ways to make this happen.

I will talk about the ways I use to think about my practice and how I can improve. This might include tools to help me reflect or ways to get feedback. - Conclusion
I will sum up what I learned from the interview. Think about how it has changed my understanding of working with young children.
