Blossom’s Lane Early Childhood Centre is a preschool that has been around for a time. It provides care and education to children who`re 2 to 5 years old. The centre is run by Emma, who`s in charge of everything.
Historically Blossom’s Lane has been a place for kids. It has an welcoming environment, qualified staff and a strong focus on providing high-quality education.
Recently the centre has grown and this has created some problems for Emma. She is having trouble managing a team and making sure the service is still good.
Now the centre is having some issues. A lot of staff are leaving it is hard to find teachers and the quality of the service is not as good as it used to be. There are also some concerns about how the centre`s run and if the curriculum is effective. The centre is also having some problems.
Emma wants to make things better. Thinks that using management ideas and theories can help.
