PM Deliverables:

  • Coordinate activities associated with the leasing and installation of the RVM’s(e.g. connections to electrical sockets, data points, CCTV positioning)
  • Draft and finalize procedures for equipment use (include risk assessments for equipment use)
  • Generate a scoring list of potential vendors (system suitability, lead time, cost, ability to provide service contract post-installation)
  • Identify all cost elements of the project and ensure formal corporate approval before commencing
  • Modification to existing store layout to ensure suitability for the RVM’s
  • Provide weekly updates in the form of a Highlight report to the project sponsor and stakeholders via email.
  • Handover of equipment to Store Manager upon project completion (instructional documentation, equipment procedures)

  • Timely approval of potential vendors
  • Respond on time to queries regarding equipment requirements during the selection process or issues as they arise (within 48 hours)
  • Prepare for delivery of RVM’s to stores, space, and connection points made available for the RVM’s to be installed outside store opening hours.
