You are seeing a 46-year-old female named Ms. Jones who presents for an episodic visit. Ms. Jones presents with a rash in her hair line. Ms. Jones states the rash is itchy and she notices a lot of dandruff in her hair. The rash started as red spots on the nap of the neck and quickly spread to the entire hair line with thick scaly patches of skin. Ms. Jones past medical history includes arthritis and bipolar disorder. She was recently increased on her lithium dose and feels her mood swings have stabilized.
