does it affect whether you decide to put on make-up, or shave your face?

I’m working on a writing discussion question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.

Refer to the reference when answering the following question.

Question: How has wearing a mask during the pandemic changed how you engage with people when you are in public?

Do you interact differently?

(This may include, but is not limited to: does it force you to find other ways of communicating, or rather to disengage from others?

does it affect whether you decide to put on make-up, or shave your face?

is your style of mask itself a source of self-expression?)

Reflect on your discoveries either in relation to the symbolism associated with ‘the veil’ in different contexts (as covered in the Robert Young reading this week) OR in relation to previous weeks where we talked about impression-management and self-presentation in different social situations.

(If by chance you have not had occasion to wear a mask, do a quick interview with someone who has and respond accordingly.)
