Complete the 360 Leadership Skills Audit and create a Personal Development Plan aimed at developing your leadership skills and capabilities
Section 2
• Review the case study provided. Identify the source of conflict and recommend a method for resolving this situation. Identify and justify the conflict management style chosen.
Section 3
- You are required to lead a team task over a 2 week period. The team must have a minimum of 4 members. Produce the following:
- A description of the task and team members involved.
- A detailed account of how you allocated tasks and delegated these to team members (link to theories applied and delegation methods used).
- A plan of action including a set of SMART objectives
- An account of the methods used to monitor task completion
- An account of how you engaged with team members and provided feedback
- A critical evaluation of the completed task against the plan of action and SMART objectives
- A critical review of your own performance in leading this task to include 3 areas of strength and 3 areas for development
