- Using Honey and Mumfords theory framework to describe 4 main types of learning.Basing on their definition and characteristics, please propose which career is suitable to each type of learning.

- Describe the meaning of continuing professional development. Propose ways to enhance personal performance and career progression basing on 4 main types of learning. For example, which ways Activist/Reflector/Theorist/Pragmatist should implement to enhance his/her personal performance and career progression.

Task 3: Evaluate the benefits of self-managed learning to the individual and organization

- Basing on your knowledge, your experience and information stated in the course book, give out some benefits of self-managed learning to the individual and organization. In specific, basing on approaches to learning theory, you must point out strengths and weaknesses of Vietnamese students in each approach, and you must suggest at least one way to improve the situation in the trend of globalization.

- Self criticism approach has taken place. In specific, basing on 4 main types of learning, you must propose the most suitable type for Vietnamese students and education conditions with typical examples.
