Scenario.
The following tasks required you to conduct a literature review toward evidence-based practice in health and social care. Your employer has asked you to investigate a topic to ascertain whether your organization is currently following evidence based practice.
The research topic is communication. You are required to explain and analyses the skills required to conduct a literature review, and to represent the sources identified clearly. They should be summarized in terms of the content/main points made, and evaluated in terms of their reliability and validity.
You are also to develop a research proposal based on your literature review and the relevant identified topic. The proposal should follow the format as set out below.
Literature Review 
You should provide a time management plan ie, how you will plan and carry out your literature review.
Analyze and explain the skills and knowledge required to conduct a literature review.
