Georgetown College Module 7 Netflix Ethical Issues with Big Data Discussion

As part of your Final Project, you will include a discussion of managerial considerations related to the implementation of your proposed big data analytics capability. First, briefly remind us what your final project is. Then, for this discussion, choose one of the following and conduct some research to fully describe – as it relates to the organization in your Final Project:

the organizational impacts of analytics applications,

OR

the major ethical and legal issues of analytics implementation.

You should identify and address the major impacts/issues and provide a brief explanation of why they are important to address and how they should be addressed in the organization.

You should review what you learned from your research and what classmates post as you develop your Final Project section on Managerial Considerations, where you will address all three areas of consideration (data governance – discussed previously, organizational impacts, and legal and ethical issues). 

Incorporate feedback from your instructor as you develop the Managerial Considerations section of your Final Project.

Feedback from classmates should be considered and incorporated as appropriate.
