Unit aim
The aim of unit is to provide learners with an understanding of the effects of poverty and disadvantage on children and young people.

4.2 Explain how parents and/or carers can be engaged in the strategic planning of services
4.3 Analyse how practitioners can encourage parents and/or carers to support childrens learning and development
