Scenario
Frank is a 57-year-old man, whose parents migrated from Jamaica before he was born.
He is Divorced and lives alone in a block of flats owned by county council in London, Hackney. He has four children, three are in the military and he rarely sees them. His Daughter lives 30 mins away. Frank lived in Spain for 20 years but returned 2 years ago due to ill health.

Frank smokes 20-30 cigarettes a day, with his first cigarette being on waking. He used to smoke more heavily but has recently cut down. He was diagnosed with schizophrenia four years ago; he is also type 2 diabetic and suffers from depression. He has recently been discharged from hospital following a relapse.

Frank is in receipt of universal credit, though there have been delays with receiving his payment. This has caused delays in paying rent and bills, such as gas and electric. He has been visiting local foodbanks but has recently found himself getting paranoid and thus not able to leave the house as much as he would like.
He does enjoy socialising and likes a couple of pints in the evening with his friends at the local pub. He has been feeling depressed due to lack of employment and ongoing issues with mould in his flat.
