Description
This requires you to provide a synthesis of the case by providing an account of the relevant facts, legal issues, legal reasoning, and decision of the Court. You should write this for an audience that is not familiar with the case at all.
You should also include some evaluation or critical comment on the case. Set forth your views on how the issues were handled by the various judges. It essential for good marks to express some opinion as to the relative merits of the various approaches adopted.
