Marking Scheme,

1. Map out the current system in your Financial Management system in your organisation.
2. Identify gaps that exist or areas for improvement based on what you have researched & identified as best practice. Make recommendations for improvement.
3. Develop a 7 min presentation of your proposal. This will be delivered to a senior management (sponsor) /board of director, AIT lecturer and peers x 2.
4. Stress test / reflect your recommendations with a colleague/supervisor and two peers. Present a summary of their comments and feedback.
5. Critically evaluate on the discussion and your recommendations and present your final list of recommendations in order of priority, validating why they are so and identifying potential challenges for implementation that need to be considered.
