However, they also offer other therapeutic services such as speech therapy, pelvic floor therapy, and sports therapy, among others. Each of the specific services are housed and organized as departments. Roger’s supervisor is the Manager of the Maintenance Departmentof the facility. The procedure, that is in place for reporting and requesting electrical issues, is to submit a request via the online intra departmental system. Roger’s supervisor downloaded a repair request from the OccupationalTherapy Department and ask Roger to take care of the repair. Roger completed the repair and entered the repair into the online intra departmental system as complete. Two days later a request for the same repair was received. Roger’s supervisor asked him to take care of the problem once again. Roger goes to the Occupational Therapy Department to determine the problem.
