Q.  Modern communication technology enables project teams to communicate effectively, whether they are working out of the same office or dispersed around the world.

While communication technologies are a great benefit, accurate, timely, and effective communication is still a matter that requires planning, organization, and consistency.

If your project is of a global scale or includes the requirement of remote teams or team members, address which communications platforms or methods you would  suggest are best for global operations.
