Reflection on Course Learning and Application in the Workplace

In essay format, I would like you to discuss some of the most relevant things you have learned in the course this semester and how you feel they will apply to you in the workplace. This assignment is not meant to be extremely long. About two pages will suffice. It is meant for me to see that you can organize an essay, critically think through a learning process, and apply your learning to future learning and applying. In doing so, please have the following: Introductory paragraph with an interesting opening and clear thesis statement. Body paragraph one should discuss the way the course was structured (assignments, online format, discussion space, etc.), your ability to manage time (did you realize anything about this as you progressed through the course?), and how this relates to how you will have to manage time in the future (in class and/or at work). Body paragraph two should discuss your own performance in the course. Discuss your classroom participation, attendance, your fulfillment of assignment criteria, and adherence to deadlines. Body paragraph three should discuss your self-determined strengths and weaknesses exhibited this term, how your writing or attitudes toward writing have changed (or remained the same) throughout the term, and advice you have for others who will take the class in the future.
