Research and professional practice in specialised translation.

The seminar is assessed by a written assignment and an oral presentation. 

Students should select a theme of one of the modules and discuss it with the lecturer of the respective module. 

Regardless of the module chosen, the assignment should deal with specialised translation in its theoretical, or methodological aspects.

 Specialised texts are characterised by key features such as subject field, terminology, and textual genre. 

Assignments should be between 15 to 20 pages. Citations and references should follow APA 7th Edition Style.
