Assignment Overview:
In this assessment, you will develop a quantitative research tool to investigate a specific research problem or issue of your choice. The assessment is divided into three parts:
Part A: Defining the Research Problem and Questions
1. Articulate a clear and well-defined research problem or issue.
2. Develop four research questions that break down the overarching research problem.
Part B: Designing a Survey Questionnaire
1. Using Google forms, create a comprehensive survey questionnaire that is tailored to gather data necessary for answering your research questions.
2. Ensure that each question in the questionnaire is linked to a specific research question.
3. Incorporate a mix of closed question types, including Likert Scale, Ranking Scale, Forced Choice, or other suitable formats.Part C: Data Collection and Visualization
1. Select 10 significant questions from your questionnaire.
2. Implement these 10 questions using Google Forms.
3. Distribute the Google Forms survey to at least ten respondents.
4. Display the results of three selected questions in an appropriate visual format (e.g., graph, histogram, bar chart, pie chart, table, or scatter plot).
5. Indicate the level of measurement for each variable represented in the visuals.
General Instructions:
1. All assignments must be submitted via Canvas by the specified deadline.
2. Include a copy of your survey questionnaire with your submission.
3. Properly cite and reference all sources using the Harvard Referencing style.
4. Late submissions will be penalized: 10% deduction within the first week, 20% deduction within the second week. Assignments submitted later than two weeks after the deadline will not be assessed.
