Title: Critical assessment of the forms and environment of Employee Relations in Ireland.

– Assess different perspectives on employment relations, with reference to the Irish
state’s approach.

– Appraise the role of external bodies on Employment relations and the impact this has on
people professionals, the appraisal must reference both direct and indirect engagement and collective bargaining.

Marks are awarded for a thorough and effective review of the literature, critical review of the theory surrounding the topic and for the quality of reflection. Marks are also awarded for academic literacy, style, fluency, presentation of ideas etc. it must be the style and standard of a Level 9 award.
