UOM Legislative Response to The Badgley Committees Findings Questions

I’m working on a criminal justice writing question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.

1. Define and discuss the legislative response to the Badgley Committee’s findings on sexual abuse of youth victims as well as the “evidence counter-revolution” that occurred in an attempt to facilitate the prosecution of child-sexual-abuse cases.

2. Discuss the due process victory achieved through the Ontario Court of Appeal’s decision in R. v. Parks. Discuss why this case may support a belief that due process decisions may legitimize crime control.
