Case Study: The Zambia Mobile Company Limited (ZMCL) launched itself on 1st September 2023. The Board of Directors quickly moved to set up the Board governing structures, management structures and operational departments. The company has eight departments that include Information Technology, Finance, IT audit, Procurement, Transport, Treasury, Human Resource Management among others.
