You are required to research and write a report on one of the companies from the list below. Each student will study a different company as agreed with the lecturer. The report should cover the following:
- An overview of the current state of internationalization of the company, including identification of countries and markets where the company and its subsidiaries
- Identification and evaluation of the modes used by the company to internationalize its business (such as exporting, licensing, joint ventures, FDI, franchising ).
- A discussion of the key challenges and opportunities facing the company in its international operations.
- You are required to include a discussion of ethical and governmental/regulatory challenges, economic/competitive factors and drivers, socio-cultural challenges, facing the company and its subsidiaries.
- Your discussion should focus on managerial decisions and implementation strategies.
