Learning outcome 1: Analyse the organisation`s structure, determining strengths and weaknesses and reflecting upon the application of theory to work based projects.

Learning outcome 2: Evaluate their personal contribution to the organisation via the completion of a project or primary research.

Learning outcome 3: Describe the skills gained through the work placement and their transferability to other employment, their programme of study and life situations. Demonstrate both the process and outcomes of reflection through the use of a reflective log and produce a report reflecting upon the completion of a project or primary research which also enables demonstration of the learning which has taken place throughout the work experience.

Learning outcome 4: Articulate, through a presentation and practice application, research undertaken into the requirements of a specific career path and evidence of current strengths, development areas and plans in relation to graduate skills, attributes, and work experience.

Assessment Task

You are tasked to answer the three job interview questions, a job application letter and Curriculum Vitae (CV)

1) Interview Questions
Assume that you are applying for a job. Interviewer asks you the following questions, write your answers (each question requires at least 8 to 10 lines answer)

a) What are the differences between hard work and smart work?
b) What interests you outside of work?
c) Give an example of when you showed leadership qualities. Discuss it in details.

2) Job Application Letter

Write an application letter seeking for a job that is aligned to your specialisation and career goal. The letter should contain the complete parts of a formal letter. This will be considered as cover letter of your Curriculum Vitae (CV).

3) Curriculum Vitae (CV)

Create a complete CV, it needs to contain the followings in order:
1) Personal Profile
2) Work Experience
3) Educational attainments
4) Seminars/training attended.
5) Skills
6) Personal References.
