Assessment Task
You are to produce a 2,500 word academic essay addressing 1 of the following questions:

1. It can be argued that the successful management of organisational change is crucial to any organisation in order to survive. Critically discuss, using theory, the potential barriers to change and the ways in which such barriers may be effectively overcome.

2. The need as a leader to understand your employees is more important than ever during the COVID-19 pandemic. Critically discuss this statement using theories and examples where appropriate.

3. Employees are responsible for their own motivation at work. Critically discuss this statement using examples and theories explored in the module.
