Write an academic report in the required format, conducting a comparative analysis between two case studies, - a failed project: The 1992 London Ambulance Computer Software failure, and a successful project: Cumbria NHS Maternity Transformation project (Overall project of the year 2019). Within your analysis, address the following:

Question 1. Carry out a stakeholder analysis for the two projects and create a Stakeholder Analysis chart with at least 10 of the main parties who have an interest in each project. These may be individual, organisations, groups etc.

Question 2. Carry out a risk analysis for the two projects and create a risk register with at least 10 risk events. Include the estimated probability, severity and impact before and after the planned response.

Critically evaluate how a Project Manager might utilise these two techniques on projects in general to manage the project more efficiently and effectively so that it is more likely to be delivered within the cost, time and quality objectives.
