You are a senior engineer at ABC company, which specializes in designing digital circuits and devices. The company has recently purchased a batch of ICs through a new supplier, who manufactures at a very low cost and therefore had not provided standard part numbers on the devices. Your manager wants you to:

Run tests using lab equipment to confirm which are CMOS and which are TTL and document it with justification.

It is best that you design a few simple circuits such as Half-adders and Full-adders to ensure the functionality of the ICs. You should provide truth tables and schematics to support your experimental findings.

Run appropriate tests on CMOS and TTL ICs to evaluate their standards against the industry standards.
