Question 1: I need help describing (in paragraph form) to a "communications coordinator" what I have learned about the organization called Ducks Unlimited. My goal is to help them communicate about the organization, describe what the "communications coordinator" wants the audience to know about it and what you need to convince them of the mission statement of Ducks Unlimited. Then, I have to do the same for the "board" of the organization and that includes describing what the audience and the "board", may want to know, what preconceived notions may they be carrying into the meeting, and what the different ways are that they may be predisposed?

Question 2: I need help to create an outline of the Board`s priorities, the organization`s mission, and any other information that is relevant to how I choose to describe my agenda. How does the agenda align with the Board`s priorities of the organization? If not, how should I adapt or change my strategy so they are? Also, a reference list for both parts.
