Assessment Brief
Select an industry/sector of your choice and write a report which includes the following tasks:
Task 1 - Critically discuss the opportunities and challenges faced by that industry/sector during digital transformation. Please provide examples to support your discussion.
Task 2 - Critically discuss traditional leadership models and theories and how they differ from digital leadership models and theories. Support your discussion by using examples from your chosen sector/industry.
Task 3 - Choose an incumbent company from within your sector/industry and critically discuss its current digital strategy and strategic leadership style and approach. How have these affected the company`s goals and success as an organisation?
