Part 1: Oral Presentation

Prepare and deliver a 10-minute teaching session you would undertake in practice. This could be a patient education session, education session for colleagues, junior nurses/midwives, or nursing/midwifery students. You will be given the opportunity to present this in class on 1st April 2020.

Part 2: Written Essay

Write an essay describing learning theories and critically discussing the development, delivery, and evaluation of the teaching session delivered; support your discussion with reference to the relevant theoretical concepts underpinning the teaching session. Include the lesson plan prepared for the oral presentation as an Appendix and evaluation of education strategies
