The purpose of this assignment is to critically examine a recent new article (3 years or more recent) from Canada on a legal healthcare issue.
New articles will be found on common sites such as CBC, CTV news, Global News, National Post, Toronto Star, Globe and Mail, and regional news outlets such as Hamilton Spectator.

Find a recent (within the last 3 years) news article/item that covers a health law/health leadership issue

Identify the defendant and plaintiff
Outline the argument/issue that is being presented in the legal issue/news item
Outline at least 3 practices of health care that the results of this case could impact - i.e. human resources, privacy, operational, monetary, strategic planning, etc. and how they could be impacted.
