Final Report: Doing Business on the Cloud
You will work on a project that is aligned to your personal or professional interests. This could be a work project or a hypothetical solution you might be interested in building. Your goal is to deploy a cloud-based solution that would help you achieve one or more of the following:
- Increase revenue or profit margin
- Create efficiencies or unique benefits
- Optimise the quality of service for identified stakeholders
Your project may be submitted in one of 3 modalities
- A startup project, a completely new idea
- A consulting project for an existing organisation. This could be for example, deployment of new cloud services, a migration to cloud, etc.
- Another type of project (please discuss with lecturer)
However, please note that the project must be ongoing or active, i.e. a new project, and not the retrospective analysis of a (past) project. Please confirm that your report is based on an ongoing concern or new project.
