Topic: A Campaign Project for Mr. Peter Pang to run the 2021 LegCo election

1.You act as an election campaign manager for Mr. Peter Pang and are requested to propose a campaign project to help him win the 2021 Legislative Council (LegCo election.

2. Mr. Peter Pang will participate in the 2021 LegCO election in New Territories East Constituency which encompasses Sha Tin District, Tai Po District, North District and Sal Kong District. He is an upright, hearty, and robust 40 years old man. He holds a Master`s degree from Belgium and is married with one little boy. He is now a CEO of a famous electronic company in Hong Kong Science Park. He has no experience in running an election campaign and plans to spend HK$ 10 million dollars to run this election.

3. The contents of the campaign project should include but not be limited to the following items:

a. Evaluation of constituency.

b. Evaluation of resources.

e. Evaluation of contextual elements..

d. Campaign strategies.

1) Manifestos, platforms, etc.

2) Media strategies.

3) PR strategies.

4) Adverlising strategies..
