It wants to develop a minimum screen size of 58 inches or more, which include stadium and park screen. In this report, the effectiveness of operations management principles are critically analysed and reviewed. The concepts of continuous improvement in an operational context is applied. Project Life Cycle and it`s applications are critically analysed and reviewed so that the new project can be successfully implemented in the company.
