Accordingly, develop a SMART Action Plan outlining one performance-related goal and one development-related goal. Your plan should include the following:
- For each goal: Justify how/why the goal is relevant to your role and the desired outcome on completion of the goal.
- Assess how each goal will contribute to meeting your continuing professional development, your business unit’s objectives, and how it is aligned with the organisational strategy or values.
- Develop each goal utilising the SMART goal framework and SMART goal statements.
- Reflect on challenges encountered and any key learning in utilising the SMART goal framework in the development of goals.
