For your assignment, you are required to submit a report based on a proposal to create a fictitious for-profit or not-for-profit group/alliance that promotes responsible leadership within a Shared Purpose/Values framework. 

You should be associated with generating products or services that help solve children’s obesity problems being experienced anywhere in the world or even in a town/village (it’s better to be specific).

You should assume that (fictitious) representatives from two organisations will evaluate your report.

1. Identify the different stakeholders.

The purpose should be closely related to addressing the children obesity

3. Conduct an S.W.O.T. analysis

4. It is important that each stakeholder in your assignment internalizes the purpose, vision, values, goals, strategic objectives, performance metrics, and performance targets agreed upon by all stakeholders. 

Design a purpose-driven scorecard which summarises these key factors. NB:

a. It is advisable for you to include this scorecard in an appendix, although you should discuss salient aspects of the scorecard in the main body of the report; however, your summary should be condensed and yet impactful.

b. This task is associated with designing a purpose-driven scorecard and not the conventional balanced scorecard you would have learnt in earlier units.

5. Describe how you will utilize the purpose-driven scorecard you have developed.
