Contribute to Effective Team Working in Health and Social Care or Childrens Settings
Unit aim
The aim of this unit is to develop the knowledge, understanding and skills of learners to enable them to contribute to effective team work in health and social care or childrens settings. It covers the principles and practice of effective team work, as well as the process for improvement.
